An alternate at the 2010 NCAA Cross Country Championships, Proctor has emerged as a certain force in the lineup...carried over a strong finish to the cross country season by excelling in track...a fifth-year senior whose persistence and work ethic are valued in the team environment.

CROSS COUNTRY - 2010: Spent majority of the season on the fringe of running in the top seven, but was ready when called upon late in the year...inserted into the lineup for the NCAA South Region at Hoover, Ala., Proctor finished as the Seminoles' No. 6 runner, placing 33rd overall in a 10k personal best of 30:57 as FSU finished second...made his first varsity appearance of the season at the ACC Championships, where the Seminoles claimed their first league title, as he finished 33rd with a personal best 8k time of 24:49. 2008: Ran season-opening meet at Covered Bridge Invitational, placing 13th in 26:31...did not race again for the `Noles. 2007: Did not compete.

TRACK - 2011: Was remarkable in his first full season on the track for the `Noles...qualified for the NCAA First Round in the 10,000 meter outdoors, posting a personal best 29:36.02 and placing 17th...won the 5,000 in a collegiate best 14:07.15 at the Kent Taylor Relays...contributed to the Seminoles' seventh consecutive ACC Outdoor Championship with a sixth-place finish in the 10,000 meters, breaking the 30-minute mark for the first time in his career (29:57.74)...building on his strong cross country finish, opened the indoor season by finishing second in the 5,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational...returned to Arkansas two weeks later and won the Tyson Invitational 5,000, shaving 27 seconds of his previous mark to finish in 14:29.08...scored an eighth-place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters with a personal best 14:28.53...battled injury and eligibility issues early in his career.

Was a standout performer on the track at Orlando's Edgewater High School...earned all-district and all-region in cross country as a senior in 2006...captured all-district and all-conference track honors in the 1,600 meters (2004-06), then won the titles in 2007...was All-Region in 2006 and 2007 and earned All-State honors in the 1,600 in 2007.

Personal Pursuing a degree in English literature...is the great nephew of actor Paul Reubens, of Pee Wee Herman fame...son of Ronald and Kimberly Proctor...born November 4, 1988.
