2002 Season: Ran at the Seminole Invitational completing the 8K course in a time of 27:47.6, good for 37th place.

2001 Season: Ran in the top seven for the Seminoles twice this season... Best performance of the season came at the Florida Intercollegiate Championships where he placed 20th overall and sixth for the Noles in a time of 25:51.

2000 Season: Named to the ACC academic team as well as an academic merit scholar.

High School: Named to the all-state team and won conference and regional championships in both track and field and cross country... came to FSU as an academic standout graduating summa cum laude from Niceville High School... majoring in business.
