Enters her junior season as one of the Seminole co-captains after earning cross country All-American honors in 2010...placed 18th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships for the national runner-up Seminoles...coming off a solid outdoor track & field season which included a victory in the 5,000 meters at the ACC Championship.

Cross Country - 2010: Ran third or fourth for the Seminoles in all five major races as a sophomore...was FSU's No. 3 scorer at both the NCAA South Region and NCAA Championship meets...posted a season-best 20:39 6k time at the NCAA Championship, pushing the `Noles to their second consecutive runner-up finish...finished fourth overall at NCAA South Region (19:56, 6k) to earn All-Region honors as the `Noles scored five runners in the top eight for a runaway win with 24 points...also a key scoring contributor on FSU's third consecutive ACC Championship team...earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors in cross country...member of the All-ACC Academic team as well. 2009: Didn't waste time establishing herself in the Seminoles' lineup as a freshman, finishing second on the team at the Notre Dame Invitational in 17:17 over the 5k course...picked up All-ACC honors with a 14th-place finish at the conference championship meet with a personal-best 6k time of 20:40.70 as the Seminoles claimed the team title...earned NCAA All-South Region honors with a 15th-place finish (20:51)...also made her way to the podium at the NCAA Championship for the third-place `Noles...named to the 2009 USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team.

Track & Field - 2011: Punched her ticket to the NCAA First Round outdoors after capturing her first ACC Championship in the 5,000 meter (16:14.74) with a dominating finish...established a new personal best in the 1,500 meters (4:17.90) at the Kent Taylor Relays...posted a lifetime-bet 16:12.70 outdoors in the 5,000 meters at the Florida Relays...earned points for the `Noles indoors at the ACC Championship, placing fourth in the mile run and contributing to the fifth-place distance medley finish. 2010: Earned a spot on Canada's 2010 IAAF World Junior Championships squad by winning the 1,500 at the Canadian World Junior Championships in July.

Captured the 2009 Reebok Boston Indoor Games girls high school mile title (4:51.62) as a senior at Catholic Central...set the Canadian junior record in the 1,500 at the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games (4:20.59) and the junior 800 mark (2:06.72) at the 2008 IAAF World Junior Championships...carried the flag for Canada in the opening ceremony of the 2008 Commonwealth Games...captured the OFSAA Senior Girls Cross Country title as a senior in 17:27...was a 12-time OFSAA gold medalist in cross country and track...a two-time gold medalist at the 2007 Canadian Junior Championships...presented the Myrtle Cook Award as the outstanding Canadian youth track athlete.
