Graduate student transfer from Troy who will train through the fall with 2012 Olympian and volunteer coach Ciaran O'Lionaird in preparation for track season, where he will focus on the middle distance events.

Cross Country

2012: Competed in seven meets and consistently finished as Troy's No. 1 or 2 runner...highlights included an 8k PR of 26:11.9 at Sun Belt Conference Championships where he finished 24th...was runner-up at the Coach O Invitational and fifth overall at Troy Invitational...competed at NCAA South Region Championships on FSU's home course. 2011: was No. 1 runner throughout the year for Trojans, including Sun Belt Championships where he had a season-best 8k time of 27:31.4. 2010: competed in three meets.

Track & Field

2013: Outdoor - turned in career-best 800m (1:52.89) in a fifth-place finish at Sun Belt Championships...expanded his resume by competing in both the 5000m (15:26.51) and steeplechase (10:05.99) for the first time in his track career...won 1500 at Georgia Spec Towns National Team Invitational in season-best 3:53.13. 2012: Outdoor - top performance came at Sun Belt Championships when he finish second in the 800 and sixth in the 1500 and was meet high points scorer...set 1500m personal-best (3:52.85) in win at Coach O Invitational. 2011: Outdoor - finished seventh at Sun Belt Championships in 800...also ran on 4x400 and in open 400 throughout the regular season.


Served as cross country and distance captain at Troy for the 2012-13 school year...member of the Sun Belt Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll throughout his career...earned undergrad degree in Communications and was a member of the Troy 3.0 GPA Recognition Club...also has a year of indoor and outdoor track eligibility remaining at FSU...starred for First Presbyterian Day School in Macon, Ga...four-time Georgia state champion over course of his career in track, excelling at 800 meters but also competing on 4x400 and 4x100 relays...helped team to 2005 and 2007 state titles...also lettered four years in football...pursuing master's degree in Marketing/Management...born Nov. 23, 1990.
