Track - 2011: Outdoor - punched her ticket to the NCAA First Round outdoors after capturing her first ACC Championship in the 5000 meter (16:14.74) with a dominating finish...established a new personal best in the 1500 meters (4:17.90) at the Kent Taylor Relays...posted a lifetime-best 16:12.70 for 5000 meters at the Florida Relays. Indoor - scored in two events for the `Noles at the ACC Indoor Championship, placing fourth in the mile and fifth as part of the DMR...registered career-best 3000m mark at Notre Dame's Alex Wilson Invitational (9:12.25)...established indoor mile PR (4:42.80) at the UW Husky Invitational. 2010: Outdoor & Indoor - did not compete as a true freshman, opting to redshirt. Cross Country - 2011: Junior co-captain of a team that won the ACC Championship, NCAA South Region and finished fourth at the NCAA Championship...opened the season with a sixth-place finish at the Notre Dame Invitational...enjoyed her finest performance of the year finishing fourth at the ACC Championship meet, earning All-ACC honors. 2010: Ran third or fourth for the Seminoles in all five major races...was FSU's No. 3 scorer at both the NCAA South Region and NCAA Championship meets...earned All-American honors as FSU's No. 3 finisher at the NCAA Championship, placing 22nd overall as the `Noles scored their second consecutive runner-up finish...finished fourth overall at NCAA South Region to earn All-Region honors as the `Noles scored five runners in the top eight for a runaway win with 24 points. 2009: wasted no time establishing herself in the lineup as a freshman, finishing second on the team at the Notre Dame Invitational...finished 14th to earn All-ACC honors at the conference championship meet, helping the `Noles to the team title...earned NCAA All-South Region honors with a 15th-place finish (20:51)...contributing member of FSU's NCAA Championship runner-up finish.
