2010 Track:
Indoor -
- Opened the indoor season with a 1:53.62 in the 800m at the Rod McCravy Memorial.
- Ran an 800m time of 1:52.94 at the Tyson Invitational.
- Set a new personal best of 1:51.88 in the 800m during the prelims of the ACC Indoor Championships. Finished with a 1:52.27 in the finals of that event.
Outdoor -
- Ran a new personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:51.29 at the FSU Relays.
- Continued to lower his best 800m time with a 1:51.28 at the Florida Relays.
- Posted a 1:51.81 in the 800m at the Seminole Invite.
- Was named ACC Champion as a member of the 4x400m relay that finished in 3:08.90 at the ACC Outdoor Championships. Also competed in the 800m at that event, crossing the line in 1:54.14.
- Crossed the line in 1:49.98 in the 800m at the Seminole Twilight.
- Set a new personal best in the 800m at the Georgia Tech Invitational, finishing with a time of 1:48.73. Also ran as a member of the 4x400m relay at that event, posting a time 3:07.76.
- Ran the 800m in a time of 1:50.31 at the NCAA East Regional.

Prep:
- Set a new personal record in the 400m at regionals his sophomore year with a time of 50.04 which helped his team finish in fifth place.
- Finished in fourth place in the 800m at the state championships with a personal best time of 1:57.99. The time is noted as a school record.
- Led the state his senior year in the 800m with a time of 1:52.60.
- Earned All-conference honors in the 800m and the 4x800m relay his senior year.
- Broke the school record in 2008 by running the mile in 4:31.4.
- Smashed the previous 11 year record at the AAU club nationals by running the 800m in 1:53.4.
- Earned two All-America patches in the 800m and 4x400m relay at the AAU national meet.
- In all but one race, finished in the top two of the 800m.

Academic:
- Member of the National Honor Society.
- Graduated in the top 10% of his class.
- Earned the Hillsborough Scholar Athlete of the Year.
