`Noles Share Christmas Spirit

As the 2010 track and field season continues to near, FSU assistant coach Jackie Richards, alongside the rest of the Seminole family, were busy raising money for the Salvation Army Adopt a Family project for the fifth consecutive year.

`Noles Head Into Winter Break

After surpassing expectations at the 2009 NCAA Cross Country Championships just two weeks ago with a national runner-up title, the Florida State women's cross country team heads into winter break with not only a new trophy from nationals, but also with a sigh of relief that the hard work they put in over five months paid off.

Women Capture Second Place

The Florida State women's cross country team continued to make school history as head coach Karen Harvey led the Seminoles to capture second place at the NCAA Cross Country Championships Monday, November 23, by posting five 'Noles in the top 46 to score 133 points.

FSU Battles At NCAA's Monday

The Florida State cross country teams (Men- No. 20/ Women-No. 8) will take the course Monday, November 23, for their final stint of the 2009 season at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind.
