2013: Was the No. 1 seed in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the East Prelims after logging PR of 8:34.42 at Payton Jordan Invitational...qualified in the 3000m steeplechase to go to the 2013 NCAA Championship meet with a third place finish and a time of 8:43.65... ranks No. 3 in FSU history... won ACC Outdoor title in the steeplechase and finished fourth in 1500... has season-best 1500 of 3:45.47... came to FSU from Great Britain where he set UK record for 17-year olds in steeplechase...member of FSU's fifth-place NCAA cross-country team.

• Has demonstrated great range from cross country to the 1500 up on the track, but specializes in the steeplechase where he holds the UK record for 17-year-olds over 3000 meters in 8:38.07
• Stepped into the Seminole cross country lineup in the fall and enjoyed early success, winning the Virginia Tech Invitational/Pre-ACC meet in 25:08.53 over the 8k course...was named ACC Performer of the Week for his efforts
• Saw limited action during his first indoor season for the `Noles, competing at 3000 meters in two meets with a season-best 8:24.71 at the Razorback Invitational
• Ran the opening 1200 meter leg of FSU's distance medley relay
at the ACC Indoor Championships in a fourth-place showing
• Brings significant experience on the world stage at the junior level to the program...placed ninth at the 2012 World Junior Championships in the 3000 steeplechase...placed fifth at the 2001 World Youth Games in the 2000 steeplechase...won the 2011 Commonwealth Gaems 2000 steeplechase title, as well as the 2010 European Youth Championship
