Long-Awaited Debuts

Mitchell, Barriolhet and Pemberton make their first indoor appearances at the SPIRE Invitational this weekend.

Powerful and versatile, the freshman is expected to add depth to FSU's strong core of 200-meter sprinters as well as the sprint relay teams...competed in four meets for the Seminoles during the 2012 indoor season, focusing primarily on the 200...posted a season-best 21.86 at SPIRE Invitational...was 10th-fastest in the preliminary round of the 200 at the ACC Indoor Championships. Personal: Established himself as one of the top juniors in Great Britain...won the 2010 junior national title at 200 meters in a career-best 20.75...that same year registered his career-best 100-meter time (10.52)...also represented Great Britain at the 2010 World Junior Games in the 200...was a member of the silver medal 4x100 relay team at the 2010 European Junior Championships...also shows a career-best long jump of 7.30m (23-11.50)...working his way back to form after suffering a back injury...born Nov. 14, 1991.
