2013:Finish 8th at the East Prelims in the 400 hurdles and ran 58.40... the No. 10 seed in the 400 hurdles at the East Prelims on the strength of her career-best 58.20 at Florida Relays...was ACC Outdoor runner up in the 400 hurdles...also key member of qualifying 4x400 relay team...ran 53.54 in open 400 outdoors...member of FSU's ACC Indoor record-setting DMR which placed fourth at NCAA Indoors...talented Canadian Junior who hails from Medicine Hat, Alberta

Provided 53.72 400 split to the school and conference record-setting 10:57.41 mark at the ACC Indoor Championships and was faster (53.10) as the `Noles finished fourth at the NCAA Indoor Championships
• Placed sixth at the ACC Indoor Championships in the 400 meters, despite getting knocked down from behind...also contributed a leg to FSU's runner-up 4x400 relay team
• Has been successful on the world junior stage, placed eighth at the 2011 World Youth Championships in the 400 hurdles and ninth at the 2012 IAAF World Junior Championships
• Holds a host of Canadian Junior/Youth records including the 400 hurdles (58.04), 300 hurdles (41.91) and indoor 400 (53.91)

Personal: Selected as the 2012 Female Track Athlete of the Year for the province of Alberta, Canada...won female athlete of the year honors at Medicine Hat High School...also served as assistant coach for track at Medicine Hat High...plans to major in business...an honor roll student throughout her high school career...born June 20, 1994
