Enters his senior season on the heels of his finest cross country campaign, where he consistently ran in Bob Braman's top five...followed up with a solid 2012 indoor season, where he competed in the ACC Indoor Championships in the 5000. Track - 2011: Outdoor - was remarkable in his first full season on the track for the `Noles...qualified for the NCAA First Round in the 10,000 meter outdoors, posting a personal best 29:36.02 and placing 17th...won the 5,000 in a collegiate best 14:07.15 at the Kent Taylor Relays...contributed to the Seminoles' seventh consecutive ACC Outdoor Championship with a sixth-place finish in the 10,000 meters, breaking the 30-minute mark for the first time in his career (29:57.74). Indoor - opened the season by finishing second in the 5,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational...returned to Arkansas two weeks later and won the Tyson Invitational 5,000, shaving 27 seconds of his previous mark to finish in 14:29.08...scored an eighth-place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters with a personal best 14:28.53...battled injury and eligibility issues early in his career. Cross Country - 2011: Closed out his finest collegiate cross country season as FSU's No. 5 runner at the NCAA Championships where the `Noles posted a 12th-place team finish; the third-best scoring effort in school history...was a scoring member of FSU's ACC runner-up and NCAA South Region championship team, finishing 13th and 18th in those races, respectively...opened the year with his first collegiate cross country victory at the Covered Bridge Invitational, claiming ACC Runner of the Week honors. 2010: was an alternate on FSU's NCAA Championship team, which posted a runner-up finish...spent majority of the season on the fringe of running in the top seven..inserted into the lineup for the NCAA South Region at Hoover, Ala., and finished as the Seminoles' No. 6 runner, placing 33rd overall in a 10k personal best of 30:57 as FSU finished second...made his first varsity appearance of the season at the ACC Championships, where the Seminoles claimed their first league title, as he finished 33rd. 2008: Ran season-opening meet at Covered Bridge Invitational, placing 13th in 26:31...did not race again for the `Noles. 2007: Did not compete.
