Regionally qualified for the NCAA East Regional
Championship meet in the 800m with a career-best clip
of 1:49.04 at the Reebok Invitational.
Ran a time of 1:51.07 in the prelims of the East Re
gional
to take 13th.
Earned All-ACC honors in the 800m with a second-place
time of 1:51.09.
Took fourth in his only 1500m race of the season in a
time of 3:56.48.
Indoor
Secured All-ACC honors by taking third in the 800m
at the ACC Championships with a career-best time of
1:51.50.
2005 Track -- Outdoor
Regional qualified in the 800m with a time of 1:49.55 in
the prelims of the ACC Championships. Had the second
fastest
prelim time.
Placed 18th at the NCAA East Regional meet with a
time of 1:52.77.
Finished third in the 800m at the Seminole Invitational
at 1:50.40 and at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in
1:51.14.
Indoor
Captured All-ACC honors by taking third in the 800m at
the conference championship at 1:52.79.
Ran a season-best time of 1:52.23 to win the 800m at
the Wildcat Invitational.
Won his first race of the season, taking the event in
1:53.69 at the Clemson Opener.
2004 Track -- Outdoor
Redshirted during the outdoor campaign.
Indoor
Ran a leg of the ACC champion distance medley relay
team that finished in 9:53.19.
Took fifth at the Florida Intercollegiates in the mile run
in a season-best 4:23.52.
High School
Two-time high school All-American as a leg of the
4x800m and 4x1600m relays.
Earned All-State honors and set the state record as a
member of the 4x800m relay team.
Garnered All-State accolades for the first time in his
career as a junior on the 4x800 relay.
Won a trio of county titles to go along with six league
championships.
