Indoor - qualified for the NCAA Championships at Texas A&M...was the ACC Championship runner-up behind Williams with a leap of 13.15m...was a top-five finisher in five of six indoor meets...achieved her indoor PR (13.19m) for the first time Tyson Invitational, which was good for fourth...opened season with a runner-up finish at Virginia Tech. 2010: Outdoor - qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the triple jump...scored a seventh-place finish in her first ACC Outdoor Championship appearance with a wind-aided 12.75m effort...was second at FSU Relays...also competed in the long jump. Indoor - scored a fifth-place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships (12.75)...posted her first major collegiate victory at the Tyson Invitational with a then-PR of 12.79m. 2009: Was an NCAA East Regional qualifier in the triple jump as a freshman at the University of Florida, where she posted the ninth-best mark in school history (12.46m)...scored at both the SEC Outdoor and Indoor Championships, finishing fourth and fifth, respectively. Personal: Starred locally at Tallahassee's North Florida Christian, where she set the FHSAA record by winning six consecutive state championships in the triple jump...had a high school PR of 39-7.50...finished first at the 2004 US Junior National meet (39-1.50)...the sister of former FSU special teams football captain Ochuko Jenije...an outstanding student who has earned multiple All-ACC Academic honors...completing her degree requirements this spring in international affairs and aspires to become an ambassador...born Aug. 17, 1990. |
