Promising sophomore sprinter who specializes in the 400 and is a critical member of the 4x400 relay team...demonstrated development throughout the 2012 indoor season...led off FSU's fifth-place 4x400 relay team at the ACC Indoor Championships with a 56.54 split...finished third in 400 at SPIRE Invitational with an indoor career-best 56.41...early season injury limited her to two meets. 2011: Outdoor - traveled to NCAA Outdoor Championships as the alternate on the 4x100 relay team...earned All-ACC honors for the first time by contributing a leg to FSU's third-place 4x400 relay at the ACC Outdoor Championships, which ran a season-best 3:41.04...advanced to the finals of the 400m (55.75) as the No. 4 qualifier but was disqualified in the finals...ran her outdoor 400 PR (55.30) at FSU Relays...opened the season with her collegiate-best 200 (24.43) at the USF Bulls Invitational. Indoor - competed in four meets, including the ACC Indoor Championships where she was a member of the fifth-place 4x400 relay team (3:41.60)...also posted her freshman season best there in the preliminary heats of the 400 (56.42). Personal: A hometown product who starred at Florida High...enjoyed a remarkable high school career for the Seminoles...finished second in the 400 at the 2010 FHSAA 2A state meet and seventh in the 200...set the FSU Relays 400m record as a senior (55.61), good for her second consecutive title...ran cross country at Florida High as a way to train for track...was a three-time state qualifier and scorer in the 400...another outstanding student...majoring in exercise science...born July 5, 1992.
