2003: Outdoor - Saw limited action in the distance events...earned a collegiate best time of 3:54.80 in the 1500m at the Yellow Jacket Invite...placed third and fifth in the 1500m at the Seminole Track Invite and Snowbird Invitational, respectively... Indoor - Did not compete for the Seminoles during the indoor season...

2002: Cross Country - Ran in four meets...finished in the top seven for the Seminoles twice and scored points at the Gator Invitational...placed 65th at the NCAA South Regional as a top seven finisher for FSU...best placing of the season was 17th at the Seminole XC Invitational... Outdoor - Competed at only one meet...ran the 5k run 9:12.82 at the FSU Three-Way meet. 2001: Ran the two-mile in 9:20, the 1500m in 3:58 and the 8k in 26:19.

Prep: Coached by Dave Koehler in cross country and track...ran the 1600m in 4:19, the two mile in 9:48 and the 3 mile in 15:47.
