Decorated senior is bidding to return to the NCAA Outdoor Championships in both the shot put and javelin for a second consecutive year...enters NCAA East Preliminary seeded No. 12 in the shot put and No. 9 in the javelin...is FSU's school record-holder outdoors in the shot put (16.45m/53-11.75) and ranks No. 2 all-time in the javelin (52.08m/170-10).
Outdoor: Veteran has been consistently productive in her final season...through seven meets, five of which she competed in both the shot put and javelin, she has logged 10 top-three event finishes...boasts season-bests of 50.99m (167-3) in the javelin and 16.40m (53-9.75) in the shot put...runner-up finish in the javelin at the Penn Relays stands out...contributed seven team points to FSU's ACC Outdoor Championship title, placing both of her events.
Indoor: Came within an inch of claiming the FSU indoor shot put mark with winning mark of 16.27m (53-4.50) at the Razorback Invitational...placed fourth in the shot at the ACC Indoor Championships, helping the `Noles to their first team title since 2009...narrowly missed qualifying for her first NCAA Indoor Championships appearance.
Outdoor: Was the lone athlete, male or female, to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in both the shot put and javelin, placing 13th in each event...claimed the first ACC individual title of her career in the shot put...set school shot put record at Seminole Invitational and subsequently improved it three more times...followed with banner summer highlighted by runner-up finishes in the shot and discus at the Canadian National Championships, a pair of gold medals at the Canada Games and a new javelin PR on her home turf in Nova Scotia...represented Canada at the World University Games in Russia.
Indoor: Earned All-ACC honors for the second time, finishing third at the Indoor Championships in the shot put with a season-best mark (15.75m/51-8.25).
Outdoor: Sophomore qualified for the NCAA Championships for the first time in the javelin, placing 12th with a season-best toss (47.44m/155-8)...placed fifth at ACC Outdoor Championships in the shot put...notched season-best shot put at FSU Relays (15.47m/50-9.25).
Indoor: Cracked the 15-meter barrier twice, highlighted by season-best 15.04 (49-4.25) to place third and earn All-ACC honors in the shot put for the first time.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary - the first of four career appearances - in the javelin on the strength of her season-best winning mark (45.86m/150-5) at the UNF Osprey Invitational...placed fifth in the javelin at her first ACC Outdoor Championships meet.
Indoor: Advanced to the finals at her first ACC Indoor Championships, settling for ninth with a season-best shot put mark (14.64m/48-0.50).
Personal: Decorated Canadian youth/junior competitor who won six provincial shot put and four javelin titles...two-time Canadian Junior National Championship in the shot put, representing her country at the 2011 Junior PanAm...earned FSU degree in sport management and is multiple All-ACC Academic selection...born October 18, 1992.
