2003-04: Outdoor - Ran in four meets for the Garnet and Gold, adding depth to the mid-distance events...ran a career-best time of 1:53.19 at the Seminole Invite finishing in fourth place...posted a mark of 1:53.65 at the Yellow Jacket Invite, good for 11th place...finished in the top ten at the Florida meet, running a mark of 1:54.23...took fourth place in 1:54.64 at the FSU Relays... Indoor - Saw limited action during the indoor season, running a time of 51.17 in the 200m dash at the Gator Invitational.

2002-03: Outdoor - Ran a season-best 800m time of 1:53.80 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...recorded a sixth place finish in the 800m run a the Seminole Twilight in a time of 1:53.86...crossed the line 8th in the 800m with a mark of 1:54.62.

Prep: A 2001 graduate of King High School in Tampa, Fla...ran track for four seasons and cross country for three seasons at King before joining the FSU squad. Personal: Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)...son of Kathy James...majoring in political science and sociiology.
