2010 Track:

Outdoor-

• Won an ACC Championship in the men's 4x100m relay.

• Started his outdoor season off with a big win in the 4x100m relay at the FSU Relays.

• Would finish no worse than third in any event that he started during the entire outdoor season.

• Picked up wins in the 4x400m relay at FSU Twilight and the 4x100m relay at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

• Finished in third place in the 200m dash at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

• Registered a national runner-up finish in the 4x100m relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

Indoor-

• Finished third in both the 200m dash and the 4x400m relay at the ACC Championships to help FSU claim its sixth consecutive title.

• Finished in the top spot in the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier in the 200m dash to propel himself to the national championship.

• In the final indoor event meet of the year, finished as the national runner-up at the NCAA Championship in the 200m dash.

2009 Track:

Outdoor-

• Earned a gold medal in the 4x100m relay at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 39.55 to help FSU win its fifth consecutive title.

• Ran the second leg of the 4x100m relay at the Texas Relays that set one of the nation's top times of the season with 38.75 and earned first place. The foursomes were named ACC Co-Performers of the Week.

• Recorded a personal record in the prelims of the 200m dash with a time of 20.87 at the ACC Outdoor Championships.

• Ran a time of 20.66 in the semifinals of the 200m at the USA Championships.

Indoor-

• Earned a silver medal at the NCAA Indoor Championship as the second leg of the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:12.12.

• Posted points for FSU with a fourth place finish in the 200m dash at the ACC Indoor Championships with 21.56.

• Recorded a season-best in the 200m with a time of 20.96 at the Tyson Invitational.

• Took fourth place in the 200m dash at the New Balance Invitational with a time of 21.31.

• Finished in the 200m dash with a time of 21.31 at the Conference Meet.

2008 Track:

Outdoor -

• Ran on a pair of relays at the NCAA Championships.

• Member of two relays that earned NCAA All-East Region honors, including the winning 4x100m team.

• Individually qualified for the regionals in the 200m.

• Ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x400m relay at the ACC Championship that posted a time of 3:05.38 that is the fifth-fastest in school history.

• Regionally qualified for the 200m with a career-best 20.89 during the Seminole Invitational that was the fifth-fastest in the ACC.

• Scored points at the league meet by taking fourth in the 200m (21.23).

Indoor -

• Ran the third leg of the 4x400m relay that earned All-America honors by finishing sixth with a time of 3:07.47 at the NCAA Championships.

• Earned All-ACC honors by finishing second (21.64) in the 200m at the conference meet.

• Had a pair of NCAA Provisional marks, including a 21.20 at the Iowa State Last Chance Meet that ranked him fourth in the ACC.

Prep:

• Won state 200m titles in 2006 and 2007.

• Ran a 21.24 as a senior to take the title after posting a top time of 22.07 in his junior campaign.

• Also took second in the 100m in 2007, running a 10.94.

• Named Tennessee Male Athlete of the Year in 2006 and 2007.

• School record holder in the 100m (10.7), 200m (21.18), 400m (47.8) and long jump (22'8").
