2005: Heading to regionals as a member of the FSU 4x100m team that has met the regional qualifying mark at five different events, including the ACC Championships... at the conference meet, finished third in a time of 45.03... bettered their qualifying mark at the Georgia Tech Invitational, running 44.96 ... ranked seventh all-time among Florida State triple jumpers with a distance of 40'11.75"... placed first in the triple jump at the Seminole Invite... finished fourth at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in a season-best 39'4.5 (12.00m)... finished 11th in the long jump at the ACC Championships... ran a season best 100m at the ACC Championships, with a time of 12.27.

2004: Outdoor - Was a solid sprinter and jumper for FSU putting points on the board in multiple events...qualified for the NCAA East Regional meet in the triple jump at the FSU Relays, posting a mark of 40'4.75" (12.31m)...recorded another qualifying mark at the Georgia Tech Invite, jumping a distance of 40'6" (12.34m)...cleared the 12.0m mark four times over the course of the season in the triple jump... ran a season-best 11.94 in the 100m dash at the FSU Relays...at the Atlantic Coast Conference Championships, finished the long jump event with a mark of 18'5.75" (5.63m)...also ran a leg of the 4x100m that finished in second place in a season-best mark of 45.01...scored points for a first place victory in the triple jump event at the Florida dual meet to help FSU drop Florida for the first time in over 20 years...added a fourth place finish in the long jump adding more points to the women's team score in Gainesville... Indoor - Posted a season best mark of 16'3.25" (4.96m) in the long jump at the Gator Invite...finished in seventh place at the Florida Intercollegiates and the Adidas Invite in the triple jump...competed in three events at the Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor Championships (60m dash, triple and long jump)...jumped a distance of 38'4.75" (11.70m) in the triple jump at the conference meet and a 16'5.25" (5.01m) in the long jump...recorded personal bests at the ACC Championships (60m - 7.62) and the Florida dual meet (55m - 7.24).

2003: Outdoor - Earned a bid to the regional championship in the triple jump, placing 20th with a mark of 39' 8.75" (12.11m)...she qualified for the East Regional with her best performance of the season at the Florida Classic...there she jumped to a personal best mark of 40' 1.25" (12.22m), 2nd place finish...registered marks of 12.00m or better at the FSU Relays (12.17m) and Yellow Jacket Invite (12.03m)...finished 15th at the ACC Championships with a mark of 37' 3.25" (11.36m)...ran a leg on the 4x100m relay team with a regional time of 45.60 at the Florida Relays. Indoor - Had the highest mark on the team in the triple jump competition at 40' 11.75" (12.49m)...ranked third on the team in the 60m dash with a time of 7.84 at the ACC Indoor Championships...her best finish in the triple jump was second at the Florida Intercollegiate with a jump of 40' 3.75" (12.29m)...competed in both the long and triple jump at the ACC Championships...

At FAMU: Transferred to FSU from Florida A&M...All-MEAC honoree in the triple jump and 55m dash...placed fourth in the triple jump at the MEAC championships.

Prep: Participated in track and field all four years at Lakewood High School... track team MVP as senior...member of state championship 4x100 relay team...helped lead her team to state runner-up finishes in 1998 and 1999...honor roll member...student body treasurer... 2001 St. Petersburg Times Athlete of the Year.
