2005: Outdoor - Saw action in the sprint events for the Seminoles... primarily ran the 400m, posting a season-best 50.33 in a second-place finish at the FSU Relays... also ran a 50.69 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational...recorded a 22.23 in the 200m for 12th place at the Seminole Invitational...competed in the 100m at the same meet, running a 10.89 for 11th place... Indoor - In his first season at FSU, ran in two events for the Tribe... ran a season-best 51.42 in the 400m at the Niswonger Invitational... posted a 51.48 at the Gator Invitational.

At FAMU: A member of the 2004 MEAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships team...ran in the 200m and 400m events as a Rattler. Prep: A 2002 graduate of Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, Fla....2002 400m district champion and region runner-up...ran a leg of the 4x400m relay that finished second in the state in 2000...All-Central Florida second-team in 2002...was the 2002 Oak Ridge Team MVP...honor roll all four years of high school...Who's Who of Students and Athletes.

Personal: Greatest sports moment is taking second place in the Class 3A State Championships meet in the 1600m relay in high school...son of Isna and brother of Vindia...major is political science.
