PERFORMANCE RESULTS

2013: Transfer from Essex County (N.J.) College where he was a three-time All-American and won the 2012 NJCAA Indoor 400 title...was ACC Outdoor runner-up in the 400 with career best 46.14...ran the leadoff leg of FSU's school record 4x400 relay team which finished third at the NCAA Indoor Championships...has represented the Bahamas internationally at NACAC, World Juniors and Carifta Games

• Starred at Essex County (N.J.) College for two seasons after brilliant high school career at Jack Hayward High in the Bahamas
• One of two Bahamians on the Seminole men's roster, joining Stephen Newbold, both of whom have represented their country in the 400-meter dash
• Provided the Seminoles with a big lift during the 2013 indoor season, handling the leadoff leg of the school-record 4x400 relay team (3:05.13) at the NCAA Championships in a third-place finish
• Spent the majority of his junior indoor season ranked No. 2 in the ACC in the 400, establishing three new personal-bests (indoors), highlighted by his 47.06...placed fifth at the ACC Championship in 47.44
• Three-time NJCAA All-American in 2012 at Essex County College, where he won the indoor national championship in the 400 and was a member of the runner-up 4x400 relay...added outdoor honor in 4x400 relay with fifth-place finish
• Has represented the Bahamas on the international stage in a variety of competitions, including the 2012 NACAC Championships in Mexico, where he placed fifth with a personal-best of 46.56 and was also a member of the runner-up 4x400 relay team in the U23 group
• Competed in the 2010 World Junior Championships on the Bahamas 4x400 relay, as well as the 2010 and 2008 Carifta Games
