2005: Outdoor - Solid contributor in the sprint events, running the 200m and 400m events for Florida State...made her first regional championship appearance, running a leg of the 4x400m relay...ran the best 1600m-leg of the season at the NCAA East Region meet, helping FSU to the fastest 2005 Seminole time of the season (3:38.50)...picked up the pace on the third leg of the race, passing right before the last handoff to help secure a first place heat finish and fifth place overall...also instrumental in the relay's second-place finish at the Atlantic Coast Conference Championships, running a then season-best time of 3:40.54...ran a personal-best 400m clip at the conference championships, finishing in the top six overall...recorded her season-best time in the 200m (25:37) at the Georgia Tech Invitational...finished in the Top Ten in the 200m at the Snowbird Invitational... Indoor - Ran in a limited number of events for FSU, participating in three meets...ran the 200m and 400m dashes at the Atlantic Coast Conference Indoor Championships...ran a season-best 25.74 in the 200m at the conference meet...posted a 2005 top personal time of 57.28 in finishing the preliminary race in seventh place at the Niswonger Invitational.

Indoor - Focused on the 400m event, running in four events during the course of the season...ran a season-best 57.26 in the 400m at the Adidas Invite...opened the season at the Clemson Opener with a 1:18.21 in the 500m run...finished in 9th place in the 400m at the Florida Intercollegiates...ran a 200m dash time of 26.10 at the Gator Invite...ran a leg of the fastest 4x400m relay team of the season, posting a 3:43.70 to win the Adidas Invite...

2003: Outdoor - Achieved a personal best time of 25.24 in the 200m dash at the Seminole Track Invitational...finished 17th at the ACC Outdoor Championships in a time of 25.48...placed second in the 400m dash at the Seminole Twilight and Snowbird Invitational... a personal best mark in the 400m at the Florida Classic in a time of 55.24...placed tenth at the ACC Outdoor Championships in a time of 56.33. Indoor - Major contributor in the 400m dash event, competing at the Gator Invitational, Florida Intercollegiate and Purple Tiger Invite... placed 24th at the ACC Championships in the 200m.

Prep: National champion in 2001 and national runner up in 2002 in the 400mdash...four-time state champion in the 400m dash (1997, 2000-02)...five time regional champion in the 400m (1997, 1999, 2000-02)...four-time track and field honor roll member...ninth grade class president...played one year of basketball and captained the team.
