Women's Fitness Day 3/21

Come join the Florida State track and field teams on March 21 as they host Women's Fitness Day at the Mike Long Track on FSU's campus beginning at 2 p.m.

Williams, Mitchell Earn Honors

Although the indoor season has been over for two weeks now, the Florida State track and field team is still racking up the awards with two Seminoles earning Atlantic Coast Conference Performers of the Year honors. Leading the women was Kim Williams as she was named the ACC Indoor Field Performer of the Year with Maurice Mitchell representing the men as the ACC Indoor Track Performer of the Year.

FSU Travels To Tampa

With the indoor season officially done, the Florida State track and field team will hit the ground running this weekend at the Bulls Invitational in Tampa, Fla. in the squad's third outdoor showing of the season. The `Noles will take to the USF Track and Field Stadium Friday, March 19 beginning at noon.

Sprinters Shine At Bulls...

A pair of Seminole sprinters stole the show at the Bulls Invitational in Tampa, Fla. Friday night as Danielle Jeffrey on the women's side and David Ambler on the men's side both set the nation's top time in the 100m dash.
