High School: Was crowned the state champion in the 100 breast her junior and senior season while breaking Wisconsin's State Record in the event...added another state title in the 200 free her senior season...earned All-American honors while swimming for Muskego High School in both the 100 breast and 200 free in her sophomore through senior seasons...Placed 39th at the 2012 Olympic Trials in the 100 breast with a 1:10.92 while representing SWAT...swam her best time in the 100 breast at the 2011 Junior National Championships at 1:10. 66 en route to a second place finish.

Personal: Born April 5, 2012...daughter of Scott and Judy Pochowski...Graduated from Muskego High School in 2012 where she was on the honor roll all four years...earned the Academic Presidents Honor her senior year...A member of SWAT where she is coached by Bob White Jr.
