After a long absence and a lot of travel, Yahya has returned to diving as the assistant diving coach at Florida State. He comes to Tallahassee after spending a year in Egypt and a year and a half in the Republic of China as an ESL teacher and diving consultant.

Radman was born in Austria, and was educated in both the United States and Yemen. Before his travels, Radman was the Director of Operations for the Indiana University Swimming and Diving teams (2006) and the head age group coach of Indiana Diving where he has been since his high school years in 1999. Starting as a diver in the club and working his way to assistant head coach, he has learned the art and sport of diving under many accomplished coaches and divers. Under his direction, Radman's divers have won local and regional championships on a regular basis as well as qualifying for Nationals and finishing in the top spots in the Indiana State Championships, U.S. Zone meets and various invitational's throughout the region.

In the summer of 2001, as a junior in high school, he started his coaching career at the Indiana University Outdoor Pool "Learn to Dive" program, which he took over the following summer. In the fall of 2002, Radman was offered the Lessons Program position with Indiana Diving and has had a hand in operating the club. He was also the head coach for a number of high school and middle school programs in the area.

After returning from a year abroad during 2004-2005 in Aix-en-Provence, France, Radman became the head coach of INDiving's Junior Olympic Team and dedicated his efforts to bringing the club to the elite status that it once held when he was a diver. In his four intensive years of coaching at INDiving, he has produced two successful "Introduction to Dive" programs, three national qualifiers, two high school regional champions and countless local competition champions.

Radman recently got married to Anisa Ghrairi from Charlotte, N.C. whom he met in Egypt. He graduated from Indiana University in 2005 with a Bachelor's of the Arts (B.A.) degree in French as well as in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures and is fluent in Arabic and French
