Pavel Sankovich was awarded the 2014 Men's ACC Championships Swimmer of the Meet honor for the second-consecutive year while leading the Seminoles to a fifth place team finish.

2012-13: Earned an All-American honorable mention status as the anchor of the 200 medley relay after placing 10th at the NCAA Championships...an ACC individual champion in the 100 free with a time of 42.94...won ACC titles as a member of the 200 free and 200 medley relays ...anchored the 200 medley relay to new ACC meet, conference and set new FSU record with a 1:24.84 (split 18.90)...took individual silver in the 50 free behind teammate Mark Weber...added silver in the 400 free relay...led off the ACC and FSU record-setting 200 free relay that turned in a time of 1:16.76 at the Georgia Tech Invite...broke the school record in the 100 free with a time of 42.78 at the Georgia Tech Invite and was named as the ACC Swimmer of the Week after that performance...won the Most Improved Swimmer and Strength and Conditioning Award at the end of the year awards banquet.
2011-12: Earned All-American honors as a member of the 400 free relay team that finished seventh at NCAA's...was a member of the 200 free relay team that took ninth and competed individually in the 50 free at NCAA's ... won gold and was garnered with All-ACC honors as a member of the 200 and 400 free relay teams at the ACC Championships en route to setting new school, pool and ACC meet records in the 200 free relay at 1:17.73...placed fourth in the 100 free a final time of 43.40 while swimming a 43.18 in prelims of the event at ACC's...touched in ninth in the 50 free posting a 19.80 at ACC's.
2010-11: Placed 19th in the 100 free (44.76), 24th in the 50 free (20.54) and 32nd in the 200 free (1:41.66) at the ACC Championships... finished third in the 100 free (46.08), and fourth in the 50 free (21.00) during the split at Alabama...Placed fourth in the 50 free (20.74) and fourth in the 100 free (45.00) in the 'Noles upset of Florida...At the Georgia Tech Invitational placed fifth in the 100 free (45.14) and sixth in the 50 free (20.59) to help the men finish first overall...Came home in second place in the 200 free (1:50.63) against Miami, FAMU, and FGCU...Touched the wall third in the 100 free (47.83) and fourth in the 50 free (21.66) versus Nova Southeastern...At the All-Florida Invitational brought home finishes of 9th in the 50 free (21.71) and 18th in the 100 free (47.90).
High School: Three-time high school All-American... Florida state runner-up junior and senior seasons in sprint free events... 50 free record holder for Palm Beach and Broward counties... District and Regional Champion junior and senior seasons... qualified for Florida state championships all four years of high school... three-year team captain.
