2008-09: Scored points on all three boards at the ACC Championships...finished ninth on the one-meter (277.75), 10th on the three-meter (278.25) and 13th on the platform (201.35)...placed fifth on the 3M (271.00) and eighth on the platform (166.90) at the Georgia Tech Diving Invitational.

2007-08: Earned Honorable Mention All-American honors at the NCAA Championships with her 11th place finish on the platform (253.95)...scored points for the Seminoles in three events at the ACC Championships...placed fifth on the platform (249.45), sixth on the one-meter (253.05) and ninth on the three-meter (262.25)...placed third on the one-meter (265.50) at the Georgia Tech Invitational...placed third with Jaq Schroeder in the ten-meter synchro competition at the 2008 U.S. Diving National Championships...All-ACC Academic team and ACC Academic Honor Roll member.

2006-07: Competed at the NCAA Zone "B" Diving Championships with a top finish of 11th on the platform (469.30)...took 23rd in the one-meter (230.45) and 24th on the three-meter (239.55)...scored major points at the ACC Championships...nabbed a personal best in the one-meter prelims of 286.10 then finished fifth in the finals with a score of 273.60...finished fifth on the platform (221.80)...took 12th place in the three-meter (252.20)... finished third on the one-meter (274.15) at the Nike Cup Invitational...contributed to the FSU's first place finish at the SMU Classic with a victory on the one-meter (257.05) and a second place showing on the three-meter (259.00)...member of ACC Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Three-time NISCA All-American...three-time Interscholastic League of Honolulu (ILH) Diving Champion (2004-06)...four-time Hawaii High School Athletic Association Diving Championship (2003-06)...two-time ILH Diver of the Year (2005-06)...won the 2005 Amateur Athletic Union 1M National Championship...2006 junior national finalist on the one-meter and platform and a senior national finalist on the platform.

Personal: Born October 10, 1988...majoring in exercise science...daughter of Glenn and Nancy Monden.
