`Noles Ready to Make a Run at the NCAA Championships

The Florida State men's swimming and diving team is ready to make a run during the NCAA Championships this weekend.

500 free: 4:20.98

1650 free: 15:12.86

2011-2012: Qualified for the 2012 Olympic Trials in the 400 free...posted a drastic improvement in the distance events at the Last Chance Bulldog Invitational as he swam to a 4:20.98 in the 500 free and 15:12.86 in the 1650 free...was 16th in the 1650 free with a 16:00.25 and added a 25th place finish with a 4:35.73 at the Georgia Tech Invitational.

Daytona State College 2009-2011: Was the team captain during the 2010-11 season and was the teams' MVP...was crowned the NJCAA Champion in the 500 free in 2011...made the Dean's List...achieved US Open times in the 500 and 1,650 free.

High School: Was the teams' MVP for both 2007 and 2008 season...competed in junior and senior nationals.

Personal: Born March 3, 1991...son of Kenneth and Lorraine Jessel ...also plays music...majoring in Hospitality Management.
