Honors: Three-Time NCAA Honorable Mention All-American, ACC Champion, All-ACC Conference Record Holder, All-ACC Academic Team, ACC Academic Honor Roll, School Record Holder
2008-09: Earned Honorable Mention All-American honors in three events at the NCAA Championships...broke his own conference record in the 200 back (1:41.11) en route to a 13th-place finish at the NCAA Championships...was apart of the Honorable Mention All-American 400 free relay team that finished 12th (2:53.44) and the 800 free relay that placed 16th (6:27.25) at the NCAA's...won the gold medal and broke the conference record in the 200 back with a time of 1:41.14 at the ACC Championships...also earned a pair of fourth-place honors in the 100 back (47.42) and 200 free (1:34.80) and currently holds the school record in all three events...part of four relays that broke school records at the ACC Championship; the 200 medley (1:26.14), 400 medley (3:08.89), 400 free (2:52.03) and 800 free (6:25.11) relays...broke three school records and two conference records at the USA Short Course National Championships...set the school and conference record with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 1:41.99 in the 200 back with his third-place finish...teamed with Jarryd Botha, Ed Denton and Robby Hayes to break the school and conference record in the 400 free relay with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 2:54.53...broke the school record in the 200 free with an NCAA provisional time of 1:35.28...swam an NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 100 back (48.30)...member of the All-ACC Academic Team...member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
(University of Swansea): Placed fifth in the 200 back (2:00.12) and sixth in the 100 back (56.36) at the British Olympic Trials...member of Great Britain's national team during tri-meet against Canada and France...member of Great Britain's national team at the Senior European short course meet in 2004...member of Great Britain's junior national team in 2004...coached by Bill Pilczik.
