The Florida State Women's Swimming and Diving team defeated Florida Gulf Coast in its first dual meet of the year.

500 free: 4:54.16

1000 free: 9:54.31

1650 free: 16:42.41

High School: Qualified for the 2012 Olympic Trials in the 800 free while representing the North Baltimore Aquatic Club...placed seventh in the 1500 free and was a member of the fourth place finishing 4x200 free relay at the 2010 Summer Junior Nationals...was the champion of both the 1000 and 500 free at the 2012 Maryland State Championships.

Personal: Born June 24, 1994...daughter of Roger and Barbara Hine...graduated from Commonwealth Connections Academy where she was on the Distinguished Honor Roll for all four years...member of the National Honors Society and was a Scholastic All-American...volunteered at an elementary school where she help students with their work and taught basic sign language to third graders...has two younger brothers that are also swimmers...a 12-year swimmer that is a member of NBAC where she is coached by Erik Posegay under FSU alumni Bob Bowman.
