2006-07: Competed in three events at the ACC Championships (Feb. 14-17)...posted times in the 200 IM (2:06.51), 400 IM (4:26.07) and 200 fly (2:07.20)...clocked 4:32.53 in the 400 IM against Indian River Community College (Jan. 26) to finish third...earned points against North Florida and UNC-Wilmington (Jan. 6) with a third place finish in the 200 IM (2:09.84)... competed at the Nike Cup Invitational (Nov. 16-18) and placed seventh in the 400 IM (4:28.05), 17th in the 200 IM (2:07.38) and 30th in the 100 fly (58.75).

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped lead her high school to their only sectional title in school history as a freshman...named to the New Jersey All-State Team that season...gave up high school swimming after her freshman year to concentrate on her club team, USS Team: Scarlet Aquatic Club...became a Junior National Qualifier in the 200 IM, 400 IM, 100 fly, 100 free and was a member of the club's National Qualifying relays (400 free, 800 free and 400 medley) for the last three years...was a member of the 400 medley relay that holds the New Jersey state record...earned scholastic All-American honors for three years, was a member of the National Honor Society in 11th and 12th grade and was on the honor roll throughout high school.

PERSONAL: Born May 18, 1988...majoring in political science and pre-law...daughter of Mike and Ida Helmers.
