12 women and 6 men have signed their National Letters of Intent this week to become Seminoles starting in the fall of 2012.


Mid-Week Battle

The Seminoles will travel to Gainesville, Fla. for an anticipated dual meet match up with the Gators.


Noles Claim Records

The Seminoles went 5-1 at today's meet and claimed two new pool records at the Christiansburg Aquatics Center.


Perfect Weekend

The Seminoles snatched two more victories today against Alabama and South Carolina.


Double Chop

The Seminoles snatched victories against the LSU Tigers in their home-opening event.

100 free: 50.92

200 free: 1:49.58

100 fly: 56.60

High School: Grams is a Junior National qualifier who is ranked the 13th best prospect in Florida by crowned the 2008 and 2009 2-A State Champion in the 100 Free and was also a four-year finalist in the 200 freestyle...earned All-American honors in the 100 and 200 free three times.. swam for Spruce Creek High School and contributed to a team second place finish sat the State Championships...also named Swimmer of the Year for Volusia Country her sophomore and junior seasons...trains under Steve Lochte for Daytona Beach Speed a program that is home to Olympic Champion and World Record Holder Ryan Lochte.

Personal: Born November 8, 1992...daughter of Bill and Anne Grams...graduated from Spruce Creek High School in 2011 where she was on the honor roll all four years...sister swam for the University of Georgia and was on the same team as current FSU assistant coach Tricia Harm...major is Exploratory.
