2002: Cross Country – Named to the NCAA All-South Region team following an impressive 14th-place performance at the regional meet…one of the Seminoles top runners…scored for FSU in every race he competed in…really hit his stride towards the end of the year…was the Seminoles top finisher at the NCAA Pre-Nationals, placing 53rd overall…finished second for the Tribe at the ACC meet and 14th overall…Indoor – Competed at the ACC Championships in the 800m run, finishing second to earn all-conference honors…turned in FSU’s second fastest time of the year in the 800m with a mark of 1:52.59 at the Adidas Invitational…Outdoor – Seminoles top performer in the 1500m run…competed at the NCAA Championships in the 1500m and finished 19th with a time of 3:49.20…won the ACC Championship in the 1500m with a time of 3:44.95 to earn All-ACC honors…best time of the season was 3:43.10 at the GT Invite, which was a NCAA provisional mark…the time ranks second-best all-time at FSU…also competed in the 800m with his season-best time of 1:51.00 coming at the FSU 3-Way meet.

2001: ACC champion in the 800m with a season-best time of 1:49.84 at the outdoor meet…earned All-ACC honors with his performance at the conference outdoor meet…placed fourth in the 800m (1:52.17) at the ACC Indoor Championship…won the 800m at the Snowbird Invite and FSU Relays…won the only 1500m race he competed in at the Clemson Quad meet with a time of 3:54.78…competed in the 600m and 400m dashes...Cross Country – Earned All-South Region honors…had the fourth-best time for the Seminoles at the South Region Championship, taking 21st overall with his time of 32:01.84.

2000: Had a very successful season on the track last season while competing in sprints and middle distances...strength is mostly in 800m and 1500m, led the 2000 squad in 800m and 1500m runs...had a season-best 800m run at the ACC Outdoor Championships where he crossed the line in second place...had a season and career-best mark in the 1500m at the USTCA Quad Meet, taking home first place in that event with a time of 3:47.60...ran his way into the record books with the Seminoles’ eighth-best all-time mark in the 1500m run with his time at the USTCA Quad Meet...named All-ACC in the outdoor season...was a World Jr. Qualifier in the 1500m run...crossed the line in seventh in the 800m run at the ACC Indoor Championships...ran to a fifth-place finish at the ACC-SEC Meet in the 800m, finishing with a time of 1:52.83.

1999: Had an injury-plagued fall that only allowed him to compete in two cross country races...was FSU’s second-fastest runner finishing in 63rd place at the NCAA District IX South Regionals in November of 1999.

PREP: Top times include 1:48.69 in the 800m and 3:52.11 in the 1500m...the Dutch Junior National Champion in the 800m.
