2002: Cross Country – Proved to be a welcomed addition to the Seminoles by placing in the top seven for FSU at all five races he competed in…his most impressive performance came at the Seminole XC Invitational where he was the top finisher for the Tribe and third overall in leading FSU to the team victory…finished 41st at the ACC Championships…was third for FSU and 15th overall at the season-opening Mountaineer Open.

PREP: Won the 3A state Champion in cross country in 1998…won the 3A state championship in both the 1600m and the 3200m runs in 1999…turned in top prep times in the 1500m and 3000m runs of 3:50.6 and 8:26.1, respectively…top cross country time for the 8k run was 24:56.
