2002: Indoor – Competed at the ACC meet in the 4x400 relay, placing fourth at 3:22.14…ran a season-best 21.55 in the 200m dash at the Adidas Invite…his time of 49.47 in the 400m run at the Gator Invitational was season-best mark…at the VT Last Chance meet, he ran a season-best 1:54.87 in the 800m run…Outdoor – Proved to be a vital asset to the Seminoles in leading them to a conference crown in 2002 competing in the middle distances…he competed in both the 400m and 800m events and was a part of the 4x400m relay team…finished 10th at the NCAA Championships in the 4x400m relay…won the ACC Championship in the 800m run with a time of 1:49.69 to earn All-ACC honors…was a part of the 4x400 relay team that took home a second-place finish at the ACC outdoor championship (3:06.38)...broke a personal-best record in the 800m at the Texas Invite with a time of 1:49.06…had his best 400m time of the year came at the FSU 3-Way meet at 46.99.

2001: Had an impressive freshman campaign competing in the 800m run and the 400m and 600m dashes…ran a season-best 1:53.98 to place second in the 800m at the Clemson Quad meet…placed fifth in 400m at the FSU Relays (48.30) and FSU Quad meet (47.94)…finished third in his only 600m dash of the year at the FSU Season Opener with a time of 1:20.90.

PREP: Competed in track and field as well as soccer all four years in high school...named to the Track and Field All-Metro team twice as a track athlete and once as a soccer player...earned MVP honors his senior season...named County Athlete of the Year at Evans High School, as well as being named all-county three times.
