2002: Indoor – Won the ACC title with a personal-best and NCAA provisional mark of 17-03.50…earned All-ACC honors for his performance…passed the NCAA provisional qualifications and the 17-feet mark five times…only Seminole to vault over 17-feet… vaulted 17-01.75, 17-01.50 and 17-00.75…Outdoor – Placed third at the ACC Championships with a mark of 16-6.75 to earn All-ACC honors…posted the top eight heights for the Seminoles in 2002 including 17-02.75 at the FSU Season Opener…his vault of 17-02.75 was good enough to place him fourth all-time in Florida State outdoor record books…reached the NCAA provisional mark of 5.25 meters twice…his provisional height of 17-02.75 at the FSU Season Opener ranked him 32nd in the nation.
2001: Returns as the Seminoles’ top pole vaulter following an impressive sophomore season…earned All-ACC Indoor honors following a third-place finish at the conference meet with a vault of 16-08.75…won five outdoor meets and vaulted a personal-best 17 feet at the FSU Quad Meet…other top finishes came at the FSU Season Opener, Snowbird Invite, Clemson Quad Meet and the Seminole Twilight Meet…placed second at the Georgia Bulldog Classic with a mark of 16-5.25.
2000: Had a solid season which culminated with a season- and team-best mark of 16-8.75 at the Seminole Twilight Meet...owns the Seminoles’ eighth-best mark all-time with his mark at the Seminole Twilight Meet...notched a third-place finish in the vault at the ACC Indoor Championships, clearing 16-3.50...added an eighth-place finish at the ACC-SEC Meet in Gainesville, Fla.
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in both football and track and field all four years of high school...holds pole vault record at Cardinal Gibbons High School with a height of 15-9.
PREP: Voted all-county junior and senior year...won state championship in pole vault senior year...placed fourth in pole vault at state junior year...named track athlete of the year in 1999 for Broward County.
