Danita Townsend
	Position: Academic Advisor Sports: Golf / Tennis / Soccer / Volleyball

Danita Townsend currently provides academic advising and support for the women's soccer, women's volleyball, women's tennis, women's golf, men's tennis, and men's golf teams. Danita began her employment at FSU September of 2010. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her Juris Doctorate from Buffalo University School of Law with a concentration in Criminal Law. She worked previously within athletic administration and academics at Alabama State University and University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She is married to Xavier Townsend and has two wonderful little boys, Mason age 7 and Myles age 5.
