Gameday - FSU vs. LaTech

The Florida State women's basketball team will open up the 2010 NCAA Tournament on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. when the No. 3 seeded Seminoles take on No. 14 seeded Louisiana Tech.

Seminoles Fall To Bulldogs ...

Matt Bouldin scored 14 of his 17 points in the second half to help eighth-seeded Gonzaga hang on for a 67-60 victory over No. 9 Florida State on Friday night in the first round of the NCAA tournament's West Regional.

Heating Up

The Seminoles slipped into shells Friday for the first contact work of the spring. It was the first day the team dealt with the Florida heat and also learned the coach Jimbo Fisher is raising expectations across the board.

Late Inning Rally Paces Noles

Fourth-ranked Florida State (14-3, 2-2 ACC) erased a three-run deficit with a little late inning heroics to claim a 4-3 victory over 17th-ranked North Carolina (14-5, 1-3 ACC) Friday night inside Boshamer Stadium. The Seminoles scored two runs in the eighth and two more in the ninth to get back to .500 in league play on the year.
