Coaching Background
- Brandon "Red" Sanders joined Florida State strength & conditioning staff in March 2008 after three-plus seasons as a graduate assistant strength & conditioning coach at NC State while completing his master's degree.
- Sanders played center at NC State (2000-2004), where he was a varsity letter winner for the Wolfpack. He came to NC State after playing one season as a postgraduate at Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia upon graduation from Garner (N.C.) High School.
- He holds a certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association (NSCA).
