Caitlin Quinn joined Florida State Strength and Speed in August 2007 as a Graduate Assistant. Caitlin's primary responsibility is program design and implementation of the Seminole Softball and Volleyball strength and conditioning programs.
Originally from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Caitlin graduated from Springfield College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science. During her undergraduate term, Caitlin completed strength and conditioning internships at Velocity Sports Performance, Springfield College and the University of Kansas, where she worked with the men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams.
In May 2009 Caitlin earned her Master's of Science in Physical Education majoring in Athletic Administration from Florida State University. Following the completion of the program Caitlin continues to work for Florida State Strength and Speed as a full time Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Caitlin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and USA Weightlifting Level I Club Coach (USAW).
