Caitlin Quinn joined Florida State Strength and Speed in August 2007 as a Graduate Assistant Coach. Caitlin's primary responsibility is program design and implementation of the Seminole softball team. Caitlin also assists with the implementation of the volleyball, soccer and swimming and diving strength training programs. Originally from Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Caitlin graduated from Springfield College where she received a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science. During her undergraduate term, Caitlin completed strength and conditioning internships at Velocity Sports Performance and the University of Kansas, where she worked with the men's/women's basketball and volleyball teams. Caitlin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and USA Weightlifting Level I Club Coach (USAW). In addition to her strength and conditioning responsibilities, Caitlin is pursuing her master's degree in Athletic Administration. |
