Background
- Brian Johnson joined the Florida State strength & conditioning staff in January 2010, where he reunites with Seminoles' head coach Jimbo Fisher.
- Johnson was a four-year, letter-winning offensive lineman at LSU with Fisher serving as the Tigers' offensive coordinator. A versatile player, Johnson appeared in 44 games and made 28 career starts - at three different line positions - for the Tigers.
- LSU posted a 44-8 record during Johnson's four letter-winning seasons, including the 13-1, 2003 national championship campaign. He earned second-team All-SEC honors as a senior in 2006.
- Spent time in NFL camps with the Arizona Cardinals, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Baltimore Ravens before embarking on his coaching career.
