Florida State University held its annual Relay For Life to raise money for Cancer research. Several groups and organizations participated including Florida State Athletics. Over eighty student-athletes took part in the relay and helped raise over $2,400. The relay was scheduled to begin at 5:00pm; however, due to heavy rain it did not being until 10:30pm. The relay ended early Saturday morning with several student-athletes walking from late night to early morning. Congratulations to the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving teams for having the most participants. It was a great event that raised a total of $117,000. Thanks to all those who contributed to this special event.
