It wouldn't be gameday without a picture from the locker room! It's classic white jersey's and gold pants for the Seminoles. About to head over to Cameron Indoor Stadium for a quick peak. Make sure you check out @Seminoles_com for pics from the historic basketball gym!
We're back on the road and we started early this week, 5:30 a.m. There's nothing like getting on the highway and being one of the only vehicles out there! The great thing about leaving early is it's not even 9:30 and we're already in Georgia. The Road Warriors expect to make it to South Carolina before lunch. Not sure where we'll be, but if you know of any good South Carolina delicacies please let us know @Seminoles_com. Don't forget the #Roadwarriors hash tag! Hopefully we'll have some pics and stories for you along the way to Durham, N.C. Go Noles!
The Road Warriors arrived at BB&T Field earlier this morning for today's FSU vs. Wake Forest matchup.
Here's a look at the Seminoles' locker room:
The Road Warriors have officially arrived at BB&T Field in Winston-Salem, and are ready to get going. We'll be heading down to the field in about an hour, so make sure you stay tuned for a complete pregame report with @ScottKotick and @BrandonMellor.
We're just four hours away from kickoff and we can't wait! Go 'Noles!
The Road Warriors are nearing closer to our final destination in Greensboro, NC and the weather is starting to get great here.
We'll have plenty more updates as the evening progresses as we head to a great BBQ restaurant for dinner and get ready for the big game tomorrow as the Noles take on Wake Forest.
Everyone excited for the game? We sure are! Go 'Noles!
The Road Warriors are cruising along. We are getting closer to Charlotte and then our eventual destination of Greensboro where the official team hotel is located.
As of 4 p.m., we have about 160 miles to go so the real question now is: where should we eat? More specifically, what BBQ place should we visit?
The team hotel is located near the Greensboro Airport so anything in the general area would work. So, 'Noles fans, what do you think?
The Road Warriors are getting close to South Carolina. We just stopped at Publix on the outskirts of Gwinnett County and picked up some delicious subs.
We have seen quite a few Seminoles on the road so far and hope to see more as we press on.
Stay tuned for more updates!
The FSU Road Warriors (Twitter hashtag #RoadWarriors) are on the open road once again as we head to Winston-Salem, NC for Florida State's game against Wake Forest.
We rolled out of Tallahassee this morning at 7:15 a.m. following a quick breakfast at the Chick-fil-A on Thomasville Road. We are sticking to the main highways on this trip so that means we are going through southwest Georgia to I-75 and around Atlanta and then to I-85.
A trip up the Georgia-Florida Parkway a little earlier meant one thing: a stop at Stripling's for some of their famous beef jerky.
We are currently on I-75 headed north. An upcoming pit stop at the Nike Factory Store in Locust Grove is on the agenda. We will then stop for lunch somewhere northeast of Atlanta so if you have any suggestions, let me know.
You can follow along here at the blog or on Twitter at @Seminoles_com or @BrandonMellor.
A special shout-out to all the "choppers" out there. We are cruising along I-85 North towards Greenville and the team hotel and we are getting lots of honks and tomahawk chops from FSU fans on the same route.
If you see the Road Warriors, be sure to give us a wave, a chop, a honk, or whatever!
Stay tuned for more.
The Road Warriors are getting close to Clemson, SC, but first, we had a very important lunch stop to make. Most of us Road Warriors here at Seminoles.com are big Chick-fil-A fans, so we only thought it fitting to stop there for lunch.
This was no ordinary Chick-fil-A, however. This is the Dwarf House, a special restaurant with all sorts of extra items on the menu. Did you know they had chili at Chick-fil-A? We sure didn't!
The Road Warriors are officially on the road again, this time to Clemson, SC. We left bright and early on Friday morning from Doak Campbell Stadium and will have plenty of coverage from along the road. Facebook, twitter, make sure you follow along!
As of 10:45 a.m. on Friday morning, we just got onto I-75 on the way to Atlanta but had a quick stop to make at the famous Stripling's general store.
We'll see y'all on down the road! Go 'Noles!

The Road Warriors have had a great 2 days in Charlotte so far, and are getting ready to head to Bank of America Stadium for the ACC Championship game tonight!
The highlight of the weekend so far has definitely been the Seminole Boosters and Alumni Association event Friday night at Whisky River. THOUSANDS of Seminoles showed up, and you could definitely see how excited every Seminole is for Jimbo Fisher's team. Even the Marching Chiefs made a guest appearance.
If last night is any indication, Seminole fans have showed up in Charlotte in full force. And to make things even better, our Florida State faithful have SOLD OUT our allotment of tickets. Expect a big Seminole crowd tonight in Charlotte!
We also may be getting some snow flurries tonight, something very unexpected for most Nole fans!
Make sure you keep tuned with us here on facebook, and on Seminoles.com and twitter as we keep everyone updated on all the events leading up to tonight's game.
We'll also have a special Seminole Boosters video piece up on Seminoles.com early next week, recapping the big event from Friday night.
The Road Warriors have settled into the Omni Hotel in Charlotte, NC, and we're looking forward to a great night with the Seminole Boosters and Alumni Association.
Tonight's hot spot in Charlotte is at Whisky River, where Boosters and Alumni will be gathering for a Seminole pep rally to get excited for Saturday night's game.
We had the chance to catch up with head coach Jimbo Fisher and Virginia Tech coach Frank Beamer at their Friday press conference, and both coaches were very complimentary of each others' teams, and we should be in store for quite the ACC Championship game on Saturday night inside Bank of America Stadium.
Stay tuned for much more to come from the Road Warriors on throughout the weekend.
