    Men's Basketball

    The Noles split last week's games by defeating Boston College with an all-around performance for the team.  Michael Snaer led the way with 21 points and freshman point guard Devon Bookert dished out 8 assists with 0 turnovers.  The team played well against #3 Miami but fell in the end.  The Noles hit the road to take on NC State - Tuesday at 7pm on ESPN2 and then on Sunday vs. Virginia Tech at 6pm- on ESPNU.   Follow the Noles on social media.  Twitter @FSU_MBasketball and like the Facebook page

    Women's Basketball

    The No. 19 ranked Florida State women's basketball team knocked off #14 UNC on Sunday afternoon in Tallahassee. Seniors Leonor Rodriguez (22 points), Chelsea Davis (21 points) and Alexa Deluzio (15 points) and junior Natasha Howard (17 points) all scored in double figures to lead the Seminoles to an 80-73 victory. The win marked Semrau's seventh 20-win season as the Noles improved to 20-5 overall on the season. The squad will hit the road for a tough battle against Duke on the 22nd and Virginia Tech on the 24th before returning home on February 28th for the final home game of the season. The Noles will host the Maryland Terrapins for Senior Night on the 28th at 7pm in the Tucker Center where all fans will be admitted for free.     Baseball

    The Noles swept through a weekend series with Rhode Island winning Sunday with a dramatic 10th inning walk-off home run from True Freshman DJ Stewart.  The Noles  got the 2013 campaign started on the right foot Friday afternoon defeating Rhode Island 11-5 in front of a great opening day crowd of 5,354 on Mike Martin Field inside Dick Howser Stadium. Saturday the Noles scored 5 runs late in the game to finish off the Rams 6-2.  Florida State returns to Dick Howser Stadium Tuesday afternoon at 4pm facing off with Jacksonville, followed by a weekend series with in-state rival USF.

    Softball

    The 21st ranked Softball team hosted the Unconquered Invitational and came away with a successful weekend early in the season.  The Noles got quality wins over Arkansas and Hofstra who boasts one of the nation's best pitchers.  Tulsa played good ball all weekend as they took home the crown.  The Noles have plenty to look forward to as they head out west for the prestigious Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Palm Springs, CA.  follow the Noles on Twitter- @FSU_Softball and on the Facebook page- Florida State Seminoles Softball.

    Women's Tennis

    The No. 27 - ranked Florida State women's tennis team captured a sweeping 7-0 victory over UCF on Friday, moving to 5-1 on the seasonOn Sunday, The Noles defeated the No. 61 ranked Georgia State Panthers, 5-2 at the Indoor Tennis Facility. The Seminoles head to Miami, Fla. on Friday for a match against Florida International at 10 a.m. before taking on No. 12 ranked Miami on Saturday at 11 a.m

    Men's Tennis

    This weekend on Sunday, February 24, IMG Academy is set to host No. 28 Florida State and No. 5 Pepperdine at 1 p.m. This marks the first time the Seminoles are playing a neutral match at IMG Academy. Matches are set to be streamed for free online.

    Golf

    In the inaugural Florida State Match-Up Tournament, Florida State was led by senior Jessica Negron who finished in a tie for third place in the individual standings with an even par score of 216. She carded an even par score of 72 in the first round and a 2 under par score of 70 in the second round. The Seminoles finished in fourth place in the team standings - their second top five finish of the spring season after finishing in a second place at the Florida Challenge to open the season.

    Swimming & diving

    The Florida State Women's Swimming & Diving heads to Greensboro, NC to compete for the ACC Championships starting Wednesday. The Men's Championship will be the following week, also in Greensboro.
