Former Florida State point guard Luke Loucks is officially a professional basketball player. Two-time defending Latvian League champion VEF Riga announced his signing today on its official website.
As FSU's starting point guard, Loucks helped lead the Seminoles to the first Atlantic Coast Conference championship in school history this past season.
