At 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds, Colin Blake has unique but ideal size for a cornerback that will have to match up with wide receivers that are at least as tall as him if not taller while he plays for the Seminoles. 

Blake was a one-time Texas A&M commitment that took a visit to Tallahassee in early January after de-committing from the Aggies in December after then-head coach Mike Sherman was fired. At FSU, Blake will join a cornerback corps that has to deal with the losses of Mike Harris and Avis Commack so playing time in his first year is a real possibility.
