2004: Outdoor - In his first season with the Garnet and Gold, made an immediate impact on the sprint corps, running in the 100m, 200m event and 4x100m relay... ran the second leg of the 400m relay that ran the fastest time in the nation during the 2004 season, finishing the preliminary race at nationals in 38.92... the mark was the third time the group set the Florida State school record in the event... ran a leg of the 4x100m squad that won the NCAA East Regionals event title in a then-FSU school record time of 39.02, which was the third fastest in the country at the time... holds three of the top ten times this season for the Seminoles in the 200m dash... recorded a season-best time of 21.01 in the 200m dash at the regional meet to finish seventh overall... ran a season-best 20.96 in the preliminary round of regionals... qualified for his first NCAA East Regional appearance at the Seminole Invite, posting a regular season-best 21.05 in the 200m dash... ran a season best 10.55 at the prestigious Texas Relays... ran a 21.19 at the Georgia Tech Invite, finishing in the top 20 runners... at the Florida dual meet, he finished fifth in 10.58 to put points on the board for the Seminoles... Indoor - Made an impact on the Seminoles sprint group, adding depth and experience... placed seventh in the 60m dash in 6.90 to help the Seminoles to its second indoor conference team title... posted the fourth fastest time of the season among the Seminoles in the 55m dash, scorching the course in 6.49... fi nished the season amongst the best in the conference in the 200m dash... recorded two of the Seminoles top ten times in the 60m dash.

At Toledo: - At Toledo: Three time Mid-American Conference Champion... Finished second in the 200-meters and 60-meters at 2002 Indoor All-Ohio Championships... Fourth- place finish in the 200-meters at EMU Classic... Finished fourth in 60-meters at York Classic... Had sixth-place finish in 60-meters and a seventh in 200-meters at 2002 MAC Indoor Championships.

Prep: Earned a bronze medal in the 100m at the 2002 North American/Central American/Caribbean Championships and placed fifth overall in the 200m... Ontario high school 100-meter champ in 1999.

Personal: Member of the 2003 4x100 Canadian team that competed at the World IAAF Championships in Paris, France that placed 9th overall in a time of 38.66... born Rhoan William Sterling on July 27, 1980... parents are Neville and Elaine Sterling... brother to Donat and Adrian... majoring in education.
