"Both Tennessee Tech and Florida Atlantic have been ranked teams," Hultquist said. "For them these are huge matches to be able to come in a play us here. We expect them to come in with a lot of energy and be ready to go."
The Seminoles look to improve upon their trip to the NCAA Round of 16 in 2008. FSU has three players ranked in the top 80 in singles led by sophomore Clint Bowles at No. 29. Junior All-American Jean-Yves Aubone begins the year ranked No. 30 and senior Maciek Sykut is 79th. "When you're supposed to have a good year I think it's important not to overlook anyone," Hultquist said. "We need to be in the habit of playing good every single day and that's one of the things we need to do if we want to win the ACC and make a run at NCAA's.
