TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Fresh off their gold medal winning performance at the CONCACAF Qualifier in Guatemala City, Guatemala, the United States U-20 Women's National Team have their sights set on the Four Nations Tournament in La Manga, Spain which takes place February 18-27.

For the second consecutive year, Tiffany McCarty, Toni Pressley and Casey Short will travel across the Atlantic to represent the Red, White and Blue in La Manga. Team USA will have their hands full in this year's tournament as all three matches will come against U-23 squads from Norway, England and Germany.

The action gets underway on Monday, February 22 as the U.S. will square-off against Norway. Team USA will then face Germany on Wednesday, February 24 before wrapping up tournament action against England on Friday, February 26.

The matches against the older squads will kick off the USA's run to the 2010 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Germany after the young Americans earned their berth during the CONCACAF Tournament. The matches against players as much as three years older than the U.S. team should serve as excellent preparation for the third FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. The Final Draw for the tournament is scheduled to take place in late April. The U-20 World Cup will be held from July 13 to August 1 in four German cities.

The Seminole trio played a major role in leading Team USA to the tournament championship back in early January. Pressley played in every minute of every game in the tournament as a member of Team USA's backline. Casey Short played the full 90 minutes in game two vs. Trinidad and Tobago, while earning the starting nod in the final match against Mexico. McCarty played a full 90 minutes in games vs. Jamaica and Mexico as well as adding a goal in Team USA's opening round victory over Jamaica. McCarty also got the start in the semifinal match against Costa Rica.

In last year's trip to La Manga, Spain, the U.S. Women's U-20 National Team played three matches over five days against Norway, France and Germany, finishing with a 1-1-1 record in the tournament. Short and Pressley started the first match against Norway, with Short assisting on a goal by Sydney Leroux, as the team went on to win 3-2. Short and McCarty started the second match against France with Short coming up big for Team U.S.A. Down by one with a minute remaining in the match, the midfielder intercepted a French pass and shot near the top of the penalty box, connecting for the game tying goal. The United States concluded the tournament with a 2-0 loss to Germany.
